2001 Ford Explorer Windshield wiper fluid coming out of noz

My windshield wiper fluid is not being squirted out the nozzles. I unclogged the vents with a paper clip. Temp is above 32 so fluid is not frozen. Does anybody have ideas as to how to diagnose problem?

Can you hear the motor run? Under the hood, if you remove the rubber hose that supplies fluid the nozzles, does fluid come out of the hose? If not, ir you remove the hose at the washer pump, does it pump fluid directly from the pump?
