2001 Ford Explorer power steering

my power steering started making noises and shaking when i make turns. i put new power steering fluid in it and it was fine for about a week and then it started the same problem again also just the inside corner of my front tires the tread wears down faster

For the improper tire wear, have your vehicle's suspension inspected and aligned.

As for the power steering issue, if it is still making noises then the power steering pump needs replaced due to bad bearings.
