pluged scanner in no power to scanner had ing. switch on rolled engine over still no readings on scanner is my pcm bad?

Chances are that isn't the problem, but rather a loose connection. Have you checked the plug to the PCM? Also, I'm guessing that it won't start. Are you getting spark or fuel to the engine?
