makes noises when i accelerates , it seems to come from the tire like a small ball or something's stuck in the tire, also when i start it , there's a clinging noise under the hood, now the car is hesitating when i accelerate , it also shakes when i slow down or come to a stop, today when i started it a lot of smoke came from the exhaust pipe. please help this truck is costing me more than i'd like.

Check for excessive play in the rear wheel bearings for the noise problem. Also, let me know if the sound goes away after you are moving.

As far as the engine, what color was the smoke?
