It is located in the front seating area, driver side, behind dash. It's mounted on steering column. Here is what it looks like:

The flasher just unplugs and plugs in. Let me know if you have other questions. Joe

Hello, I'm Danny.

The hazard-turn signal flasher is located under the dash next to the steering column. I've attached a picture below for you and circled it in red. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
