Motor will not crank after listening to radio for 5 minutes. Battery and alternator test fine, and the connections are good and the post are clean. Prior to this problem the motor would stall while idling in the morning. What could be causing this?

Does it truly go dead or does the radio juist stop working?

The battery doesn't go completely dead. Just when I turn the ignition there is no power. A quick jump and everthings fine until you turn the radio on without the engine running just for 3 minutes and it needs another jump.

The only thing I can say is this. The radio doesn't draw enough amps to kill the battery that quickly. As a result, it is my belief that there is a bad connection or corroded connection somewhere near the battery that is causing the battery to appear low when in reality, it isn't. Check for corroded cables, (internally) broken wires.
