My car seems to be shaking when you accelerate. It doesnt begin to shake til you reach about the speed of 35 and it acts as if it doesnt want to go any faster? My boyfriend is in Automotive and says the front end may be going out but we would like a second opinion??? Plz help its the only car we own and we need it.

Okay, there are many front end components that can cause a vibration; however, they won't cause a power loss at 35+ mph. To me it sounds like an engine miss. Has the check engine light ever come on? Also, have you considered the engine as the possible problem? Remember, I'm not there, so I need to eliminate things and I need your help to do it.

Let me know.
