the key hole on the passenger side is loose which causes it to pop out.what caused this to happen.and the driver side key hole doesn't work when i put in the key.i always have to unlock it from the passenger side.can i fix this problem myself or do i have to take it to the mechanic. i'm really trying to save money so is this an expensive job?

remove door panel and check it out..there may be a piece(broken or just fell off) in bottom of door that'll give a clue.
