Are you getting power to the relay that you replaced? Have you removed the door panels to check for power to the motors and the main power switch on the driver's door?

Let me know, and Happy Easter.

Can you please send us either a diagram or free site to get one. We have tried. And want to try what you said. We have taken the panel off but do not see what we recognize as a relay. Where is the motor that should be in there? Thanks
Chris

We looked in the very back where the jack itself is kept and found 4 relays (2) FOAB-14B192-AA and
(2) F57B-*14B192-AA
Can you tell us what they do and how to tell if they are good or bad?
