2000 Ford Explorer Vent blows hot air

When the car is warmed up and the vent is turned on it blows out hot air as if the heater was turned on. Is there a valve/solenoid/thermostat that is not closing?

I recommend having the blend door actuator checked. If it doesn't work properly, it will cause this problem.
