wHY DID MY TURN SIGNALS STOP WORKING BUT MY HAZZARD LIGHTS STILL WORK? IT'S NOT A FUSE OR A RELAY THEY WERE ALL CHECKED. wHAT COULD IT BE?

Have they totally stopped? Do they turn on and not flash or flash really fast?

How do I acces the flasher module to replace it? Remove the upper and lower steering wheel covers, or remove the panel above the driver's feet?

You should be able to access it from under the dash.
