2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive 142000 miles

a few months ago, the front brakes and rotors on my ford were replaced and ever since then, the brakes have been loudly screeching whenever i apply the brakes. This job was done by a pro mechanic not me, so i don't know what the problem would be. any ideas?
