Have an intermittent squeak in 4.0 liter engine (more squeak than not). Squeaks at idle as well as under load. Comes from the rear of engine, near firewall. It is not coming from the alternator or power assist accessories. Could it be lack of oil on the lifters or rocker arms?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Actually, there really isn't anything there to make the noise. Could it be there is a bad trans or engine mount?
