2000 Ford Explorer SHUTS OFF

My truck cuts off when i barely tap the accelerator and when i make sharp turns. When im giving it full acceleration it runs fine. When i stop i have to punch the accerlaerator to avoid it cutting off. What could be the problem?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked the EGR, IAC... ? Has a check engine light come on?
