2000 Ford Explorer shaking

I just put in a lower ball joint and when i trun the wheel at about 25 mph my steering wheel shakes pretty violently and i can feel on that side what is making it shake?

go and backtrack all of your steps and make sure you properly installed everything and properly torqued them.
