Brakes problem
2000 Ford Explorer 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

r&r all brakes calipers, rotors, pads, shocks, bearings, front wheel seals - vehicle is still on jacks - brake pedal has no pressure when engine is running, the rear brakes stop rotors - yet brake pedal still feels liike the brakes are not being applied. does the vehicle have to be in motion for the brake module to work properly? or is brake module have to serviced by technician?

Was this the problem before changing all those parts?

Look at the front calipers and tell me if the brake bleeders are on the top or the bottom.

Well, you didn't answer my question but your pictures did.

You have installed the calipers on the wrong side of the car. You have the left on the right and visa versa. The bleeder needs to be at the highest point of it traps air in them than can't be removed. Switch sides with the calipers and bleed again and you'll get a pedal.
