2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when i drive slow, the noise from the back wheels is horrible, it is a creaking noise, i don't hear it when i go over 50 mph. or when it's raining i don't hear it at all

Does the noise change with speed? (not over 50) Or does it change with turning, bumps...?
