2000 Ford Explorer Idle Issues

Okay I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 and it Idles high and then drops to bellow 1000 rpms. I have replaced the Idle air control valve, and the EGR valve as well. The Idle still revs high and the drops. what else to I need to replace to fix this issue.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
