2000 FORD EXPLORER, I PUSH THE HORN ON THE STEERING WHEEL AND IT DOESN'T HONK THE HORN RELAY CENSOR IS GOOD SO WHY DOESN'T MY HORN HONK AND WHERE IN THE ENGINE CAN I FIND IT

when you push on the steering you saying that you hear a click and the relay is good check fuse
if so then the horn unit is no good
check in the fender area front of truck
if no click and all is good the clock spring no good
