i have a 2000 ford explorer 4.0 overhead valve pushrod 6 cylender i put bran new heads replased all gaskets plugs wires new anty freeze sounded great ran great i drove it one mile and i heard a pop sound and it died in the street i got it running enough to get it home i changed the plugs and wires one more time cause it sounded like it was missfireing that was not the problem i checked all the push rods that not problem i checked the valve springs not theproblem im running out of things to check i dont want to take the intake apart again to check the gasket i rilly dont think that is the issue exspensive part to replace if it was not even broken so what else could this possibly be please help
