My check engine has been on for a while. It was diagnosed origianally as an CO sensor. I recently had the transmission replaced (used). My car started running really off afterwards. The oil indicator goes to low when I initally start the car, then rises to mid point after a few minutes of running. I took the truck into and the the auto repair shop and the code showed "engine lean" what is engine lean and would the oxg sensor have an impact on it?

There are a few codes that will point to engine lean. We need the exact code number(s).
