2000 Ford Explorer door locks

Interior problem
2000 Ford Explorer Two Wheel Drive Automatic

door locks will not come up and unlock unless you put key in and push fab and turn the key at the same time ..i would like to know if there is a ajustment on the linkage from actuator or locking systems

No adjustment. Have you checked the relays?
