2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

can something else stop the fuell pump from not working.

I have had a problem off and on all year, cranks & no start. Had to turn ingnition key back & forth a few times before it would start before.

i HAVE HOT SPARK , EXPLORER WILL START, BUT NOT WITH FUEL FROM GAS TANK
