The hose that runs across the axle is nothing more than steel brake line. It does come in different sizes, so take some of the original line with you.

Ok so where should I go to get that hose so I can replace it and what is it called so I can tell the person I would be talkin to about it

Hi:
Any parts store should have it. Take a piece of the old with you and just tell them you need steel brake line. Measure how much you will need because they come in sections and you will have to form them to fit. You don't want one too long or short.
