Okay, I have been driving with a bad or missing bearing on my rear passenger side wheel because I hae been short of cash to fix it. I have a 10 minute commute to work each day (no highway) and that is pretty much the extent of my driving. What other damage could this cause other than beating it has given to my tires? Is it safe to drive on?

Is it a difficult fix? How much time would it take to fix?

There is an axle shaft bearing and wheel bearing, both press in type.

I would choose an ASE garage, shop around for good price.
