water has been steady driPPing from my moms 99 exPo and I cant seem to find the leak from any hoses and the PumP sounded fine Plus it still turns fine. When it is running the water PumPs out faster and when it revs high it comes out at an even faster Pace. I got a new water PumP for it should I Put it on

If the water pump is faulty then you would see the coolant leaking out of weep holes in the pump. Are you sure it isn't a crack in the radiator that is leaking? Also check around the thermostat housing gasket
