I have checked flow of hot engine water thru the heater core with garden hose and flow thru core is fine. Replaced the thermostat. Engine coolant is up to temperature. I think it is the electric blending motor operator in the heater under the dash.
It is difficult to get to as it is behind the glove box and accessble. Is there any simple way to remove the motor without haveing to remove the complete heater & AC air flow control housing under the dash?
