Shakes or Wobbles problem
1999 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 99 ford explorer and i have to keep changing the spark plugs every month and they are always caked with some black gunk. Two weeks after I change the spark plugs when I start the car for the first time of the day it has a hard time starting. the rest of the day it as no problem. I have changed the coil pack, cables and got a tune up but nothing is really helping. Also the steering fluid is black. Sometimes it gets antifreeze thirsty and will take a whole large bottle in one day but that is a once every 6 week thing. Can you please please please help me.
