1999 Ford Explorer Drivers Door Won't Unlock

1999 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my drivers door will not unlock by using the remote or the touch pad on exterior. Also the unlock / lock button on inside of drivers door does not operate any longer. I'm getting tired of having to get in vehicle from passengers side or reach across from passengers side and open drivers doorwith the interior handle. ANY THOUGHTS ???

Itsounds like the actuator inside the door. it's the power unit...
