1999 Ford Explorer Air bag deployment

My two front seat airbags have deployed, which does not allow me to start the car. I understand that there is a reset button located somewhere on the car, that if I push this button, that will then allow the car to start. Can you tell me where that button is located, and what it looks like ?

Inertia Fuel Shut-Off Switch......Behind right front kick panel

IFS switch reset button should pop up. Fuel pump should not operate and car should stall. Push down on reset button. Restart engine. Fuel pump should operate.
