1998 Ford Explorer the heater motor doesnt work

ive tested the relays, the fuses and they all work but the blower motor still doesnt run

Are you getting power to the motor? Have you tried running a jumper wire direct from the battery to see if it runs?

Let me know. Also, make sure it has a good ground.
