1998 Ford Explorer Rattling nosies coming from engine

There was a rattling nosie coming from my engine then it got louder like it was something knocking on metal or chains rattling together i dont know what it is someone told me it was the timing chain.

Are you sure the noise is from the engine and not a heatshield loose? A timing chain usually doesn't make that much noise.
