1998 Ford Explorer outside drivers side door handle

I dealt with this about a year ago. You will need to remove the interior door panel. Be careful with the electrical wiring and disconnect properly to avoid further problems. Once you have a clear view of the compononents it's easy to see where the problem lies. You can either hook the rod back up or go to Discount Auto Parts and spend a few bucks on a new rod.
