I havent noticed any driving differences but my front end squeaks whenever I drive over any bumps.

CAN YOU VERIFY THAT IT IS in the front end not inside the cab? such as a squeaking vent? sometimes vents have been know to squeak and creek..

if yor sure its in the front check the ball joints.
