Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Ford Explorer V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1997 Explorer won't crank on cold mornings, after the weather warms up, it will crank. We have replaced the crank sensor, but it still does it.

Has the check engine light come on? Does the starter work? Have you checked for spark and fuel top the engine when this happens? Have you ever tried using starting fluid to start it when this happens?

Let me know.

The check engine light does not come on and everything else you mentioned has been checked, it only happens when it's cold outside. We were told to check the ABS and EEC fuses maybe.
