Starter will not turn when ignition is turned -
Battery checked - full power to lights et. But starter fails to engage - no solanoid click -

Try jumping the solenoid and see if that causes the vehicle to turn, if so you probably have a bad solenoid.

Just a safety note : ive seen it happen !
Make sure e brake on and or key off you
don’t wants to be in gear and take off on you be careful
sorry !
