why doesn my car start i put a new starter and starter relay on it worked 4 a few days then stop starting again.could it be the relay fuse if i has one not sure?

I need you to check something. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12+ volts. Let me know what you find.
