1997 Ford Explorer Roll-Over

I recently rolled my Explorer. I landed upside down with min. damage. The roof of course was dented in. The only two things Im concerned with are these:

1. What do I need to do to the engine to ready it for running. I.E. Blow out the oil from the cylinders etc. Replace oil, plugs, filters...

2. What are all the major parts of the suspension? I would like to replace it all. I.E. Upper/Lower ball joints, wheel bearings etc.

And finally, I did survive with a few muscle pains, thank god for seatbelts!

How long did the vehicle sit on the roof? As far as suspension parts, just check all steering components, ball joints, tie rods... and suspension for cracked or broken coil springs.

The vehicle layed upside down for about an hour. Temperature was near but below 20 degress. I shut off the vehicle within 1 minute after the vehicle came to a rest. I placed it into park and shut it off. Then released the seatbelt and left the vehicle and stayed back about 30-50 feet for personal safety. I knew that I had just topped off the tank and well, that's a big boom if it came to that.
I noticed that the air filter has oil in it. And there appears to be tranny fluid on the right plastic trim of the windshield. There are no leaks on the ground of any fluid. The radiator fluid is green and clean. Other than that, let me know if you need more answers. Im am an amateur grease monkey but for the most part I can do most repairs...
