1997 Ford Explorer Left Headlight

My left headlight is not working. I replaced the bulb. Didnt work. I checked the fuses. They are fine. I replaced the multi function switch. Nothing. There is power at the fuses but, no power at the light.

HAve you tried tracing the power wire back to the fuse box? Chances are there is a break in the wire. I realize it is a pain to do this, but that is what is needed in this case.
