1997 Ford Explorer Headlights

The dim headlights on my 97 explorer went out. The brights still work fine. They went out one at a time about 2 weeks apart. The bulbs are fine but I dont have any power at the bulbs. There is power there for the brights. I checked all the fuses. Im stumped. Any sugestions?

Have you checked the switch as well as the high beam switch?
