1997 Ford Explorer Front Blower motor will not work

Hi, Have a EB edition,with auto climate control. Front motor will not work. Fuse good. I have about 7V going to motor depending on fan switch setting. I have no neg signal going to motor. Any ideas of where to check?

Have you tried running a seperate ground to the motor? Have you tried running power directly to the motor to see if it will run?

Hello, yes motor does run with jumper wires. Does the motor pick up the neg through the resistor pack?
