The truck will idle forever and not leak. However, after idling for @20 minutes and driving around 10 minutes the truck leaks profusely from the back portion of motor. Could this be a heater hose that I can't see or something else?

Actually, it leaked most of the coolant from the radiator and cooling systyem. I filled it again and once the truck went under a load it started leaking again.

Have you located the leak in the radiator? Also, if the leak is near the cooling fan, check the water pump. Chances are it is bad. However, the leak behind the engine sounds like a bad heater core hose. Check that and let me know what you find. Also, check the rear of the intake gasket for leaks.
