1997 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

all four windows work with drivers controls but none of the individual controls will work. i could not find andy power to the pass window all the fuses and relays are good could not get power when checked with test light.\

Could be the window lock switch is bad. This switch cuts off power to the switches at every door except the driver door. This may have been disabled by a previous owner because of children or pets.
