Seems like when I have a quarter of a tank of gas my truck starts dieing out . It will start right back up but will die out moments later and seems like it runs a lot better when tank is full, Just replaced fuel pump and filter and still does it but when I did replace the f-filter it had lots of dirt and nasty dark fuel in it. Do you think the fuel tank just needs to be cleaned out and replace the fuel filter again?

Hi:
It sounds like that may be a good idea, especially of the fuel filter has a lot of dirt in it again.
