I have been having some whining noise from the steering when I turn the wheel. This has been for a few months. Now it feels like the power steering stopped working. Where should I look first, the power steering pump, or the steering box and arms ?

Hi there ,

Check the fluid level and the belt condition, if OK, i would be having the pump pressure tested.
