1996 Ford Explorer no brakes

the brake pedal goes to the floor everytime and never stops the truck. checked the fluid, checked the master cylinder to see if i could press in the cylinder plunger, any suggestions?

If the master cylender fluid is full, then there shouldn't be a leak. As a result, that leaves the master cylender as bad.
