Our system check keeps telling us to check headlamps and they do not work. We have checked all fuses, changed the light switch and we have changed the bulbs and looked for shorts and we can not figure out why we do not have low beam lights.

The high beams work fine but we do not have any low beam lights.........

What else could be the problem and what should we check?

I know what it is!!!! for a nice cherry pie i'll tell you what it is!!!!!! theres a module under the message center on the console if you take that display unit off, (it snaps off) on the right side of the console base thers a module that moniters the lights on the outside of the vehicl, i have a feeling the module has gone bad, they do that a lot, it is only a ford dealer item only and it will cost around $80.00 you can replace it yourself in about 5 minutes and reconnect the harness and you should have low beam lights again!!!! let me know if that solves the problem and i'll give you my address so you can send me that cherry pie!!!!!!
