I NEED TO GET MY FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL DONE AND THE PLACE I TOOK MY TRUCK TO SAYS I NEED 5 QUARTS OF OIL AND THAT THE OIL IS SOME KIND OF A SPECIAL OIL THAT COSTS $10.00 A QUART. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS........HOW MANY QUARTS WILL IT NEED AND WHAT KIND OF OIL?

Yes it takes @5qts if positraction a special Ford Additive is put in with gear oil. They maybe useing a Lucas Oil which is pricey but great. Get a second estimate from Ford.
