1996 Ford Explorer Discharging

1996 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I changed the battery, and replaced the alternator. One head light stays on at all times. Only one the left Hi beam works and only the right low beam works. The vehicle is discharging.

Have you tried replacing the headlight switch? Have you checked the relays under the hood in the power distribution box?
