1996 Ford Explorer Any Clue what might be causing these Noi

I hear a clicking noise when making right turns......then when straightened back up driving forward.....it stops. Kinda sounds like when you go to light up a gas stove top, turning the knob (click..click....click...until it is lit up) Where should I start looking? Thanks
